I got to spend a lot of time with this lovely family. We had family, maternity and little ‘R’s portraits to accomplish in our afternoon together. And little man ‘R’ is about as cute and stylish as they come. He’s such a character I couldn’t look at him without cracking up! It makes me wonder what is in store for baby #2?!
I’m obsessed with olive trees so I was thrilled when they decided on having their session in an olive grove. It turned out to be an incredible location… Pure magic!

The beginning of the year is bliss. The crammed holiday portrait season is over and I get to shoot a planned stylized shoot just for me. Alyssa Strassburg and I collaborated once again for our 3rd annual styled shoot and we had GORGeous Kelly to help us out. I swear this girl couldn’t take a bad picture if her life depended on it!
Usually the ideal time to photograph a newborn is within the first 2 weeks. When Baby B’s mom called at 6 weeks she was worried that she had missed the window. Posing with his dad’s duck calls, Baby B made his parents proud. This little guy didn’t make a peep, already the signs of a good duck hunter;) 
The last session of the year put a big smile on my face. We did his and hers pictures…I think you can guess which is which:) Either way I got to hang with my girl Grace that much longer and listen to her giggle the whole time. Giggle may not the word because she’s got her dad’s laugh but…you get the idea. So much love to end with year with…
